Policies & Principles

(Last Modified: June 14, 2013)

Welcome to Firm Registration!

By using our Services, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Our Services are very diverse, so sometimes additional terms or product requirements (including age requirements) may apply. Additional terms will be available with the relevant Services, and those additional terms become part of your agreement with us if you use those Services.

Using our Services

You must follow any policies made available to you within the Services.
Don’t misuse our Services. For example, don’t interfere with our Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You may use our Services only as permitted by law, including applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.

Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access. You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Services. Don’t remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our Services.

Services display some content that is not ours. This content is the sole responsibility of the entity that makes it available. We may review content to determine whether it is illegal or violates our policies, and we may remove or refuse to display content that we reasonably believe violates our policies or the law. But that does not necessarily mean that we review content, so please don’t assume that we do.

In connection with your use of the Services, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages, and other information. You may opt out of some of those communications.

Your Firm Account

You may need a firm Account in order to use some of our Services. You can create your account by signing-up in which you fill your required information and your firm account assigned to you by our administrator after verification process. When you are using firm Account, different or additional terms may apply and administrator may be able to access or disable your account.

If you learn of any unauthorized use of your password or account, follow these instructions.

Privacy and Copyright Protection

Firm Registration’s privacy policies explain how we treat your firm data and protect your privacy when you use our Services. By using our Services, you agree that we can use such data in accordance with our privacy policies.

We provide information to help copyright holders manage their intellectual property online. If you think somebody is violating your copyrights and want to notify us, you can find information about submitting notices and Firm Registration’s policy about responding to notices in our Help Center.

Your Content in our Services

Our Services allow you to submit your content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. In short, what belongs to you stays yours until your account has been blocked after submitting your data to us.

When you upload or otherwise submit content to our Services, you give us (and those we work with) a worldwide license to use, host, store, communicate and distribute such content for clearance. The rights you grant in this license are for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our Services, and to develop new ones. This license continues even if you stop using our Services (for example, for a business listing you have added in your account). Our Services may offer you ways to access and remove content that has been provided to that Service. Also, in our Services, there are terms or settings that narrow the scope of our use of the content submitted in those Services. Make sure you have the necessary rights to grant us this license for any content that you submit to our Services.

You can find more information about how Firm Registration uses and stores content in the privacy policy or additional terms for particular Services. If you submit feedback or suggestions about our Services, we may use your feedback or suggestions without obligation to you.

Our Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our Services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care and we hope that you will enjoy using them. But there are certain things that we don’t promise about our Services.

Other than as expressly set out in these terms or additional terms, neither firm registration nor its suppliers or distributors make any specific promises about the Services. For example, we don’t make any commitments about the content within the Services, the specific functions of the Services, or their reliability, availability, or ability to meet your needs. We provide the Services “as is”.

To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of firm registration, and its suppliers and distributors, for any claims under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is not based on us to use the Services (or, if we choose, to supplying you the Services again). As we are offering this service totally free of cost so we are not able to limit our services according to the amount you paid us to use this services.

In all cases, we and our suppliers and distributors, will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable

About these Terms

We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. You should look at the terms regularly. We’ll post notice of modifications to these terms on this page. We’ll post notice of modified additional terms in the applicable Service. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than fourteen days after they are posted. However, changes addressing new functions for a Service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modified terms for a Service, you should discontinue your use of that Service.

If there is a conflict between these terms and the additional terms, the additional terms will control for that conflict.

These terms control the relationship between us and you. They do not create any third party beneficiary rights.

If you do not comply with these terms, and we don’t take action right away, this doesn’t mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future).

If it turns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms.

Privacy Policy

(Last Modified: June 13, 2013)

There is only one way you can use our service – to register and fill 'Form - A'. When you share information with us, for example by registering yourself, we will make it easy for you to fill our Form and help you connect with people or to make sharing with others quicker and easier. As you use our services, we want you to be clear how we’re using information and the ways in which you can protect your privacy.

Our Privacy Policy explains:

  • What information we collect and why we collect it?
  • How we use that information?
  • The choices we offer, including how to access and update information.

We’ve tried to keep it as simple as possible, but if you’re not familiar with terms like cookies, IP addresses, pixel tags and browsers, then read about these key terms first. Your privacy matters to us so whether you are new to be register or a long-time user, please do take the time to get to know our practices – and if you have any questions contact us.

Information we collect

We collect information to provide better services to all of our users – from figuring out basic stuff like your Full Name, to more personal things like National Identification Number of Spouse.

We collect two types of information:

  1. Information for Sign Up
    • For example, we’ll ask for personal information, like your name, email address, national identification number etc.

  2. Information in Form - A
    • It may contain complete profile of company along with complete information of its proprietor(s).

How we use information we collect

We use the information which is collected at the time of sign-up, to create a user account for you. Once the account has been created you can now access Form – A, which is secure and protect your information from other users.

We may use your firm name and its information which you provide in Form –A for security clearance purpose. This information is only used by the concerned department. In addition, we not keep your previous data which you delete /update /edit.

When you contact us, we may keep a record of your communication to help solve any issues you might be facing. We may use your email address to inquire any kind of information if we need for clearances, or inform you about other concerns, such as letting you know about your account creation etc.

Firm Registration processes firm information and personal information on our servers. We may process your firm information and personal information on a server located outside the country/city where you live.

Transparency and choice

People have different privacy concerns. Our goal is to be clear about what information we collect, so that you can make meaningful choices about how it is used. For example:

  • You can review and control certain types of information in your Form – A by viewing it from pdf.
  • Use our pdf(which is automatically generated from the information you have given in the form) to see and adjust how your firm information appears to us.
  • Edit/ update any provided information until you finally submit your form.
  • Your account will be blocked, once you finally submit your form.
  • You cannot access your account again or make any other changes when your account is blocked.

Information you share

When a Service requires or provide you with an account, this software may update automatically on your device once a new version or feature is available. Firm registration gives you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you as part of the Services. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Services as provided by Firm registration, in the manner permitted by these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission. Open source software is important to us. Some software used in our Services may be offered under an open source license that we will make available to you. There may be provisions in the open source license that expressly override some of these terms.

Modifying and Terminating our Services

Our services don’t let you share any kind of information with others. Our services do not provide you with any options on sharing your content. Once you final submit your form you are not able to access your account again, and then your whole information will be viewable to us. Remember that you can only add/update/delete your information, until it is finally submitted.

Accessing and updating your personal information

Whenever you use our services, we aim to provide you with access to your firm information as well as your proprietor information. If that information is wrong, you have only chance to correct until you have access to that account and once your account is blocked then we not strive to give you other ways to update it or to delete it – unless we have to keep that information for legitimate business or legal purposes. When updating your firm information and proprietor information, we may ask you to verify your identity before we can act on your request.

We may reject requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort (for example, developing a new system or fundamentally changing an existing practice), risk the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup tapes).

Where we can provide information access and correction, we will do so for free, except where it would require a disproportionate effort. We aim to maintain our services in a manner that protects information from accidental or malicious destruction. Because of this, after you delete information from our services, we immediately delete residual copies from our active servers and remove information from our backup systems.
